Anjali Mehindiratta is in her third year at McGill, studying Political Science, International Development, and History. Her research interests revolve around political economy, international cooperation, and gender issues. She is intrigued by how domestic interest groups articulate their goals, preferences, and agendas to their governments. Aside from her academic work, she is involved in student government as the current VP Academic for the McGill Political Science Students’ Association. This article will be her first academic publication.
